Over the last twenty years Graham has personally trained or coached over 25,000 business professionals in 30 countries and hundreds of organisations, including many of the World’s largest and most successful companies.
His enthusiasm for training is equally matched by his expertise in the subjects he specializes in: Sales process management, business development, leadership and customer service skills. He now manages a fast-growing training, coaching and consulting business as Managing Director of Brilliant Customer Service Ltd.

Graham holds a degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a qualified NLP Master Trainer and member of International Institute of Coaching.
